職位內容
Certificate / Diploma or above, preferably in property/ facility management or other relevant disciplines. At least 3 years experience in residential property management. PMSA PMP (Tier 2) Licence holder is preferred Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English Good PC knowledge in MS Office, English and Chinese word processing The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer service duties, general clerical works, property/ facility management, carparking/ security management, repair and maintenance etc., and other ad hoc duties assigned by site manager
