Warehouse Supervisor – Simplified Job Responsibilities Report to: Assistant Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Manager | Location: Hong Kong Position Summary Oversee daily warehouse operations to deliver safe, accurate and efficient work. Manage on‑site staff, inventory flow, KPIs and comply with SOP, safety and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities • Supervise full warehouse workflows: inbound, put‑away, picking, packing, dispatch and returns. Allocate manpower and coordinate with internal teams. Ensure timely & accurate WMS transactions. • Maintain inventory accuracy via stock counts; investigate variances. Monitor order quality, damages and service exceptions. Support customer enquiries, audits and implement corrective actions. • Lead, coach warehouse staff. Run daily briefings and on‑job training. Track attendance, productivity and foster team accountability. • Enforce workplace safety, 5S and equipment rules. Report incidents. Support audits and drive process improvements with Lean concepts. KPIs Inventory & order accuracy, on‑time inbound/outbound, labour productivity & overtime control, damage/complaint rate, safety performance, SOP & SLA compliance. Requirements • Higher Diploma or above in Logistics / Supply Chain or related fields • Minimum 3‑year warehouse & logistics experience including 1‑year supervisory experience • Hands‑on knowledge of warehouse processes, WMS, RF scanners and MS Excel • Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills • Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin preferred • Ready for shift, overtime and public‑holiday work • Forklift licence and 3PL working experience are pluses Core Competencies Front‑line leadership, customer focus, execution, problem‑solving, safety‑quality awareness, continuous improvement
