Care Coordinator (Registered Nurse) 護理統籌主任 (註冊護士)

Ref: KCDHCE Perform in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Elderly Health Service (EHS) to be conducted in KCDHCE and report to supervisor; Communicate with different stakeholders and to establish smooth workflow logistics; Provide EHS related services; Plan and support in EHS related services promotion; Provide training for staff regarding elderly health related topics; Support in KCDHCE's daily operation.
