Custom Furniture Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you will work directly with customers and play an important role in helping them create their ideal living spaces: Promote and sell custom furniture products by understanding customers’ needs and providing suitable solutions. Follow up on customer orders to ensure smooth delivery and a high-quality customer experience. Prepare customised proposals and quotations based on customer requirements, turning ideas into practical solutions. Comply with company policies and actively support front-line sales strategies to contribute to team success and business growth. This is more than just a sales role — it is an opportunity to help customers build their dream homes. You will be based in one of our retail showrooms, either in Tsim Sha Tsui or our upcoming Causeway Bay showroom, where you can engage with customers who are passionate about home design. Requirements We are looking for a motivated and design-oriented individual who is eager to grow with us: Education: Diploma or above, including Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) or equivalent. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in custom furniture or interior design sales. Experience in medium to large-scale custom furniture chains or interior design / renovation companies will be an advantage. Technical Skills: Proficient in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office and CAD. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; passionate about design, willing to learn, self-motivated, and responsible.
