Principal (Available from 1st September 2027)

Our School is a non-profit making private school. Guided by Christian values, we are committed to fostering students' holistic development and delivering quality whole-person education. We are now inviting applications for the post of Principal with appointment commencing from 1st September 2027. Applicants should meet the following requirements : Subscribe to our school's mission, vision and educational philosophy; Have a recognized local Bachelor's degree or equivalent, holding higher degree(s) will be an advantage, and with a recognized teaching qualification (PGDE) or equivalent; Have at least 5 years' relevant working experience in a senior post in school administration; Demonstrate passion for education, strong leadership and management abilities, strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork; Possess professional perspective in education, demonstrate competency in curriculum development and reform, resource management, students and parental works; Have good proficiency in written Chinese and English, in spoken English and Putonghua; Have fulfilled EDB requirements for principalship appointment; Have enrolled in / completed the Certification for Principalship Programme; and Have attained a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test.
