Registered Social Worker (Home Support Service and Home Care Services for Frail Elderly Persons)

Provide home support and home care service (including casework, group work and programs) for the frail elderly and their caregivers in the community. Assist in centre management / administrative work, including supervising frontline staff. Degree in Social Work.
