Ref.：SWPPI/289326 RSW, Degree in Social Work or above At least 5 years of post-degree experience (casework or school social work services preferable) Good command in English and Chinese Self-motivated, resourceful, dynamic, presentable, good in people management & leadership, excellent communication & interpersonal skills with teammates, users and stakeholders Able to work under pressure Strong passion to develop clinical practice, service development and to lead kindergarten school social work service Supervise kindergarten school social workers, program and clerical staff Assist Senior Manager of Education Services to formulate, implement & evaluate professional service in pre-school settings Develop service project Develop clinical service to establish professionalism and expertise in the field Liaise with local stakeholders & promote kindergarten school social work services Working Place: Central & Western District & Chai Wan District
