Ref.：TLC/289826 RSW, Degree in Social Work or above OR Holder of a Certificate of Registration as a Registered Nurse and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong At least 10 years of post-degree social work experience OR at least 10 years of post registration clinical nursing experience in hospital, work in elderly service or geriatric ward including supervisory duties A Registered Home Manager in a Residential Care Home for the Elderly is preferred Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, good in proposal writing is the advantage Self-motivated, enthusiastic, good leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal skills with multi-disciplinary professionals, users, carers and stakeholders Supervise multidisciplinary team and oversee the operation of nursing home Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing home, day care units and Residential Care Service Voucher (RCSV) Scheme services To open up resources, financial control and to drive continuous improvements of the service Working Place: Wan Chai
