Assistant Superintendent - Long Stay Care Home (Sham Shui Po)

Ref: NLBLSCH - AS Responsibilities: To assist to implement quality assurance policies and practices to meet quality standard; To assist in personnel management of the Home; To assist to enhance the collaboration among multidisciplinary team of staff; To assist in the administration and financial management of the Home; To assist to develop, coordinate, implement and supervise case management and various care, rehabilitation and recovery services for service users; To assist in service review, planning and development; To provide professional supervision and leadership for the respective professional staff; To oversee the respective service provision to service users so as to optimize their wellness and functioning; and To deputize the Superintendent on his or her absence. Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work; At least 5 years of clinical experience preferably in residential services for mental health field; Experience in residential services essential and knowledge and skills in case management and providing professional supervision desirable; Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills; and Be able to work effectively with professional staff from different backgrounds.
