Officer-in-charge - Halfway House (Sham Shui Po)

Ref: NLBHH2 - OIC Responsibilities: To oversee the management and operation of the service unit and to provide rehabilitation services to service users; To ensure the services meet the objectives and to achieve quality standards; To render casework, group work and mass programme services to service users; To provide supervision and support to multi-disciplinary professionals and team members and monitor their performance; To collect and compile reports and statistics on the service performance and outcomes; To liaise with internal and external parties on matters relating to service users' welfare; and To carry out other duties as required by the supervisor(s). Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work; Registered Home Manager or Registered Home Manager (Provisional) under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Regulation will be considered an advantage; At least 3 years of relevant experience; Good people management skill and be able to lead and coach the staff team members for quality service delivery; Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English; Resourceful and with good communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated, creative, be able to work independently and under pressure.
