Services Supervisor

Ref.: SS(SMO)/09/10/26/M Responsibilities: Services Supervisor is one of the top three-tier executives of the Association. The incumbent will initially be appointed to oversee the operation of subvented rehabilitation services units and will be rotated to different service areas to gain wider exposure. The incumbent is required to develop service planning and lead teams to enhance quality, operation, training, and development, and financial, administrative, supervisory, and personnel management systems. Requirements: Registered Social Worker Bachelor degree in Social Work with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in the rehabilitation setting for people with intellectual disabilities / social welfare sector is preferable. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.
