Operations/Logistics Coordinator (收發員) Key Responsibilities: Logistics & Inventory: Handle daily jewellery pick-ups and deliveries, manage meticulous inventory records, and oversee distribution. Workflow Management: Coordinate the end-to-end jewellery production and export workflow. Exhibition Support: Attend and represent the company at local jewellery trade fairs, assisting with booth operation. Communication: Act as a bridge between departments using strong interpersonal skills to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Experience: 2-3 years of solid experience in the jewellery production Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of different jewellery production methods. IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and inventory tracking. Languages: Fluent Cantonese is a must; Fair English proficiency for communication and documentation. Soft Skills: A high achiever with strong communication skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attributes: Stable, honest, highly organized in handling high-value goods.
