Assistant Manager / Supervisor – Western Restaurant

Hong Kong Parkview Hong Kong Parkview is inviting high calibre applicants for the following position:- Assistant Manager / Supervisor – Western Restaurant Responsibilities: - Take full responsibility in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. - Check standards of cleanliness in the restaurant (including equipment, furniture, carpets, floor etc.) and liaise with relevant departments. - Check standard of production on food products display and advise the duty Sous Chef of any inconsistencies. - Assist the Captains during service. Assist with reservations, greeting and seating arriving guests. - Prepare the required reports and forecasts in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. - Approve food / beverage / general requisitions / transfer forms in sections appointed and be aware of costs involved. - Handle guests’ complaints and comments and takes appropriate action in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. - Check the personal hygiene, grooming and image of staff. - Candidate with less experience would be considered as Supervisor.
