F&B Captain/Server

Job Responsibilities: • Assist in the daily operations of the Society and terrace area; • To serve food & beverage to our guests in a western dining setting; • Act as the communicator between kitchen, management and waiters/ waitresses; • Ensure that all dining staff are informed of the restaurant’s policies and are knowledgeable about daily specials and menu items; • Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and that tableware and silverware are properly in place and clean; • Handle job tasks when assigned to all locations within Yulan’s parent company; • Responsible for all work assignments related to the nature of F&B service; • To perform any duties assigned by the Hotel Management Team deemed necessary Job Requirements: • Minimum 1 years related experience • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
