Cargo Officer (Airport / $20-27K / Shift Work)

Our client, a logistics company based in Hong Kong International Airport, is looking for a Cargo Officer to join their team. Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality customer service across all customer interaction points - Notify vendors daily regarding on-time and delayed flight schedules - Update customers with real-time shipment status information - Process IRR, damage and claim cases promptly and professionally - Assist in monitoring the performance of Ground Handling Agents and provide necessary guidance - Support the achievement of operational performance targets through regular oversight and active participation - Help handle cargo reservation and booking adjustments as needed to maintain top-tier customer service Requirements: - Higher Diploma or above education level - Proficient in both spoken and written Cantonese and English for daily operational communication - Prior experience in cargo or airport logistics is an advantage Working Hours: 24-hour shift rotation, 5 working days per week, roster covers Monday to Sunday Salary: $20,000 - $27,000 per month Interested parties please click "Apply" or send your CV to apply05@nesta.com.hk #CargoOfficer #AirportJob #Logistics #FullTime #ShiftWork
