I.T. Technician

Responsibilities : Set up and maintain I.T. equipment Provide daily I.T. operational and system support Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Support the implementation of digital education initiatives and assist teachers in using digital tools for teaching and learning Requirements : Higher diploma / associate degree or above Proficiency in networking, server, router, switch and firewall configuration Familiar with AI tools and their applications in education Knowledge of Photoshop, PC hardware, Windows operating system and applications will be an advantage
