Job Responsibilities 1. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience while upholding the brand image and company standards. 2. Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient performance. 3. Lead, supervise, and coordinate the retail team, including roster planning, attendance monitoring, and daily staff deployment. 4. Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs. 5. Ensure visual merchandising and product displays are maintained in accordance with company guidelines. 6. Prepare and maintain operational reports, including daily sales reports and other store performance reports. 7. Liaise with the Sales Operations and Logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and smooth inventory flow. 8. Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records. 9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively. 10. Ensure store cleanliness, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies and procedures. 11. Support the implementation of promotional activities and new product launches. Job Requirements 1. Diploma or above in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline. 2. Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year in a supervisory or shop in-charge role. 3. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. 4. Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong sales mindset with the ability to drive store performance and achieve sales targets. 6. Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. 7. Experience in roster planning, inventory control, stock-taking, and store operations management. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. 9. Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently. 10. Experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle products, or luxury retail is an advantage. 11. Familiarity with POS systems and retail operation software. 12. Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
