Position Details Position: Japanese Cuisine Chef Monthly salary: From HK$24,000 (depending on experience) Location: Wan Chai Working hours: Monday to Sunday, six working days per week with rostered days off; nine working hours per day with a split-shift break during the lunch period. Responsibilities Handle the day-to-day operations of the yakitori kitchen, including ingredient preparation, receiving incoming stock, general kitchen duties and basic kitchen cleaning, while maintaining high food quality.
