Senior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities: -360° Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including new product launches, seasonal promotions, and social media activations. -Brand & Content Promotion: Formulate engaging promotional messaging across retail and digital channels to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty. -Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively with brand principals, media agencies, and internal store/sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. -CRM & Joint Promotions: Assist in implementing CRM activities, VIP engagement plans, and cross-industry joint promotions. -Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, track A&P budget allocation, and provide actionable regular reports. Requirements: -Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. -3 to 5 years of solid marketing experience, preferably in Skincare, Beauty, Retail, or FMCG. -Passionate about Clean Beauty, skincare trends, and healthy living. -Strong execution capabilities with the ability to manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment. -Collaborative, positive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficient in MS Office; good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
