HR Officer - Stay In Store (With double pay)

What we offer: - Double Pay Guarantee - Flexible Working Hours - Birthday leave coupon - Medical Insurance Responsibilities： - Responsible for supporting frontline recruitment, from sourcing, selection, conduct interview and new joiner on-boarding - Manage front-line staff's attendance - Attend recruitment campaign such as job fair - Sourcing and evaluating the effectiveness of difference advertising media and recruitment channels - Liaise with internal parties of employees for daily HR operation, management & administration - Handle ad hoc projects and company events as assigned - Required to work as shift on weekend. Requirements: - HKDSE or above in Human Resources or related disciplines - 1-2 years or above relevant experience in personnel or HR field, experience in retail industry is an advantage - Familiar with MS Office, Word Processing & PowerPoint usage; knowledge of SAP is an advantage Energetic, self-motivated, well-organized, independent and demonstrate as a good team player - Good command of both English and Chinese (including Mandarin) - Immediate available is highly preferred
