Ref.: SM4(HCCH)/16/10/26/M * Responsibilities : Oversee daily operations of Children Home in fostering a warm, safe and family-like environment for our residents with intellectual disabilities Lead and inspire the team to deliver quality and child-centred care service Maintain effective personnel, financial, and facilities management Establish strong partnerships with social workers, families, school, and healthcare professionals to empowering lives and creating a brighter future for vulnerable C&Ys Requirements : RSW, Degree in Social Work or above HKCEE Eng (Syl. B) & Chi grade E or above / HKDSE Eng & Chi Level 2 or above, or equivalent At least 5 years of post-degree experience, preferably in rehabilitation services with managerial experience Strong passion on child-centred care residential service Good in people management and leadership, crisis management, effective communication and interpersonal skills with teammates, service users and stakeholders Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure Good command of written English and Chinese, and fluency in spoken Cantonese Proficiency in computer application and Chinese / English word processing Work Location : Tai Po Application Deadline : 30 October 2026 備註： * 由入職日起至 2027 年 9 月 30 日期間可獲發放每日港幣 60 元之額外實地執勤特殊補貼 (需符合本會其他條款細則)。
