Tandoori Chef

Job Duties : Prepare, marinate, and skewer meats, breads, and kebabs per traditional Tandoori recipes. Regulate tandoor heat for precise cooking and charring. Stretch and bake Naan and Roti on the clay oven walls. Maintain a clean tandoori station meeting food safety standard. Monitor ingredient levels and manage daily stock of spices and meats. Requirements : Minimum 5 years kitchen experience in cooking traditional Tandoori recipes. Good knowledge of Tandoori Cuisine ingredients. Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi. Immediately available or short notice is highly preferable. Working Location : WAN CHAI
