Assistant Store Manager

Job Responsibilities - Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience while upholding the brand image and company standards. - Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient performance. - Lead, supervise, and coordinate the retail team, including roster planning, attendance monitoring, and daily staff deployment. - Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs. - Ensure visual merchandising and product displays are maintained in accordance with company guidelines. - Prepare and maintain operational reports, including daily sales reports and other store performance reports. - Liaise with the Sales Operations and Logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and smooth inventory flow. - Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively. - Ensure store cleanliness, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies and procedures. - Support the implementation of promotional activities and new product launches. Job Requirements - Diploma or above in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year in a supervisory or shop in-charge role. - Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. - Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales mindset with the ability to drive store performance and achieve sales targets. - Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. - Experience in roster planning, inventory control, stock-taking, and store operations management. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. - Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently. - Experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle products, or luxury retail is an advantage. - Familiarity with POS systems and retail operation software. - Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
