- Prepare, assemble and cook all menu dishes, providing high quality dishes for guests - Drive sales through centrally-driven menu plans and promotions and ensure compliance through preferred suppliers - Adhere and monitor all health and food safety in a proactive way - Work with product and customer service teams to develop ongoing culinary vision - Supervise and assist in general cleaning of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of hygiene - 準備和烹飪所有菜單菜餚，為賓客提供高品質的菜餚 - 透過菜單計劃和推廣活動促進銷售，並確保通過首選供應商的合規性 - 以積極的方式遵守和監控所有健康和食品安全 - 與產品和客戶服務團隊合作，發展持續的烹飪願景 - 監督和協助廚房的一般清潔，保持高標準的衛生
