職位內容
Job Responsibilities: - Provide efficient and quality day-to-day operations on the Customer Services Centre. - Handle customer enquiries and complaints via CS hotline, emails and WhatsApp. - Manage the stock in and out of CS showroom & store room. - Manage the defective stock to return warehouse and update the inventory system. Hourly Rate: HKD85 per hour Work Schedule: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday. 11:00 - 20:00, Monday to Friday. on a shift rotation basis
