Assistant Building Services Engineer

Key Responsibilities Direct preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and A&A works for building fabrics, plumbing, drainage, and MEP systems. Lead feasibility studies, tendering, quotation preparation, budgeting, and cost control for maintenance plans. Execute fault investigations, supervise minor projects, compile maintenance reports, and coordinate 24/7 emergency call-out responses. Supervise in-house technical staff and manage vendor performance in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
