職位內容
Your role: -Handle inbound and written inquiries from customers such as policy application status, product information, claims issues, etc -Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely and professional service to customers -Handle and resolve the problem cases independently -Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned Requirements: -HKCEE / DSE or above in any disciplines -IIQE Paper 1 & 3 required -Minimum of 2 years' working experience at customer services / insurance industry with at least 1 year in Employee Benefit -Shift duty is required (No overnight shift) We Offer: -Performance bonus -Night Shift Allowance -Medical and dental insurance coverage -Structured training programme -Clear and excellent career path -Birthday Leave -Staff Discount
