In this role, you won't just be making things look pretty—you will be the dynamic spark behind our visual marketing strategy. Working closely with our marketing team, you’ll leverage your skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and Canva to craft eye-catching EDMs, sleek product booklets, energetic campaign graphics, and striking exhibition backdrops. Energetic Marketing & EDM Campaigns - EDM Design: Design high-converting, visually compelling Email Direct Marketing (EDM) templates aligned with our brand identity and marketing goals. - Campaign Visuals: Create dynamic social media graphics, digital banners, and promotional assets for energetic marketing campaigns and product launches using Figma, Canva, and Photoshop. - Brand Consistency: Maintain and elevate visual standards across all digital touchpoints with a fresh, modern touch. 2. Product & Marketing Collaterals - Product Catalogues: Craft visually striking, well-structured product introduction sheets, catalogues, and digital brochures in InDesign and Illustrator that highlight key features effortlessly. - Marketing Materials: Produce high-quality print and digital collateral for diverse corporate needs and client presentations. 3. Exhibition & Large-Scale Design - Trade Show Visuals: Design high-impact, large-format vector graphics in Illustrator, including exhibition booth backdrops, roll-up banners, and signage. - Pre-Press Management: Handle print production specs with high precision (bleed setup, resolution, CMYK color profiles). Requirements & Qualifications 1. Preferred Software Skills: - Primary Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and Canva is highly preferred. - Versatility across both professional print/vector software (Adobe Suite / Figma) and fast-turnaround digital design platforms (Canva). 2. Technical & Design Proficiency: - Solid understanding of print setup (CMYK, bleed, high-res vector output) as well as digital design standards (RGB, web optimization) is highly preferred. - Strong typography, layout composition, and visual hierarchy skills. 3. Experience & Portfolio: Proven experience in graphic design (agency or in-house) with a portfolio showcasing strong commercial work in EDMs, marketing collateral, and print/digital layouts is highly preferred. 4. Personality & Energy: - High Drive & Initiative: Self-motivated, enthusiastic about current design trends, and eager to pitch fresh visual ideas. - Detail-Oriented & Fast-Paced: Sharp eye for aesthetics, balanced with the ability to manage time efficiently across 15 hours per week. - Proactive Communicator: A collaborative team player who communicates openly and adapts well to feedback.
