Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand image and drive enrolment. - Manage social media (IG/FB/Youtube/Website) and create engaging content (video shooting/editing, copywriting). - Organise seminars, education fairs, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns. - Coordinate with designers on marketing materials (booklets, leaflets, posters, ads). - Collaborate with tutoring teams and branch schools on cross-selling initiatives. - Conduct site visits to ensure franchise branch schools meet brand standards. - Handle ad-hoc tasks and internal/external communications. Job Requirements: - University graduate in Marketing, Business, or related discipline. - Minimum 2 years of solid marketing experience (education industry preferred). - Familiar with the social media landscape relevant to Hong Kong and Mainland Chinese parents. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and Chinese Word Processing. - Fluent and confident English speaking skills. - Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. - Creative, self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work independently.
