職位概述 我們現正與一家Retail Banking合作，現誠聘以客戶為先的銀行專業人才加入其分行網絡，擔任銀行主任 / 櫃員 (Banking Officer / Teller)。本職位為純服務導向，專為擅長提供優質客戶體驗專業人員而設。 主要職責 為零售銀行客戶提供專業、高效且禮貌的櫃檯服務，確保高標準的服務質素及客戶滿意度。 準確處理日常分行銀行交易，包括現金存款、提款、轉賬及外幣兌換。 在客戶互動過程中識別客戶需求，並順暢地轉介客戶至專責團隊以處理投資、保險或財富管理諮詢。 在所有客戶互動中，嚴格遵守內部合規政策、營運風險控制及監管指引。 協助分行管理層處理日常營運職務、行政工作及現場支援，確保分行日常工作流程順暢。 入職要求 具備最少 3 至 6 個月至數年來自同業銀行或金融機構的相關櫃員或櫃檯服務經驗。 以客戶服務為導向，具備出色的人際溝通及解決問題技巧。 流利廣東話及英語，懂普通話者更佳。 可即時到職或短通知期者優先考慮。 薪酬及福利 底薪： 每月港幣 $20,000 至 $28,000（每年 12 個月薪金，視乎經驗而定） 津貼： 每月分行津貼及酌情性績效獎金 假期福利： 14 天有薪年假、生日假及家庭假（通過試用期後生效） 工作地點： 港島區及九龍區分行均可選擇 Position Overview We are currently partnering with a prominent retail banking to support their branch expansion across Hong Kong. We are seeking customer-focused banking professionals to join their branch network as Banking Officers / Tellers. This is a pure service-oriented role designed for professionals who excel in delivering exceptional client experiences without the pressure of sales targets. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional, efficient, and courteous counter services to retail banking customers, ensuring high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. Handle daily branch banking transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and foreign currency exchanges. Identify customer needs during service interactions and seamlessly refer clients to dedicated specialist teams for investment, insurance, or wealth management inquiries. Maintain strict adherence to internal compliance policies, operational risk controls, and regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions. Assist branch management with general operational duties, administrative tasks, and on-site support to ensure smooth daily branch workflows. Key Requirements Minimum of 3-6 months to several years of relevant teller or counter service experience gained from competitor banks or financial institutions. Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in both Cantonese and English, with Mandarin being an added advantage. Immediately available or available on short notice is highly preferred. Remuneration & Benefits Base Salary: HKD 20,000 to HKD 28,000 per month (x12 months, commensurate with experience) Allowances: Monthly branch allowance and discretionary performance bonus Leave Entitlements: 14 days Annual Leave, Birthday Leave, and Family Leave (effective post-probation) Location: Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Brand both available
