What You’ll Be Doing - Provide professional advice and recommendations on wine selection. - Deliver excellent service with a customer-focused mindset and active selling approach. - Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with teammates. - Support our O+O (Offline + Online) business model by delivering a consistent customer-focused experience. - Use product knowledge and customer insights to take a scientific and data-driven approach to better understand customer needs. What You’ll Bring - Proactive and passionate, with a strong customer-focused mindset. - Good communication and active selling skills. - Good spoken English and Cantonese. - A collaborative mindset, embracing collaboration as our way of working. - Openness to using customer insights and information to support an O+O retail environment. - Candidates with stronger relevant experience may be considered for Wine Advisor. - Fresh graduates are welcome.
