Senior Property Officer (Hong Kong Island)

We have an opportunity for a Senior Property Officer to join our on-site team in Hong Kong. Working closely with our operations colleagues, you will deliver property management services in client's building. What you'll do - Lead day-to-day operations as site-in-charge, covering performance, staffing and budget control across the portfolio. - Manage contract administration, procurement, vendor and staff performance, and client relationships to a consistently high service standard. - Act as company's on-site representative, coordinating and attending regular meetings with the client. - Support the portfolio Property Manager on preparing reports and other administration works. What we're looking for - Degree or above in Real Estate, Property Management or a related discipline. - At least 4 years' experience in property management. - Holder of a valid PMP (Tier 1) license. - Working knowledge of the BMO, DMC and related ordinances. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative style. - Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
