·Following the instructions by seniors •Ensure high level of customers'' satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services. • Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided if required. •Attend regular meetings and prepare management/ financial reports. • Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning teams. • Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems arising from residents/tenants. •Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties.
