工作內容: • Manage and operate the residential clubhouse to consistently deliver top-tier customer service standards. 負責管理及運營住宅會所，確保提供頂級客戶服務標準 • Plan and implement programs, events, and activities that best match residents’ interests, needs, and preferences. 策劃及推行各類活動、課程及項目，以最能滿足及迎合住戶的興趣與喜好 • Motivate and lead the team to ensure smooth daily operations, including staff rostering, daily administration, and facility management. 激勵及督導團隊維持日常運作順暢，包括員工排班、日常行政工作及設施管理 • Supervise the clubhouse team, maintain high operational standards, and foster strong, proactive communication with residents and guests. 監督會所團隊運作，保持高質素服務水平，並與住戶及訪客建立良好及主動的溝通 要求學歷: • Degree/Diploma in Sports/Leisure/Recreation/Hospitality/Clubhouse Management or equivalent. 持有體育／康樂／休閒／款待／會所管理或相關學科之學位／文憑或同等學歷 • At least 5 years of experience in Clubhouse Management. 至少5年會所管理相關經驗 • Strong organization and leadership skills. 具備良好的組織及領導能力 • Presentable appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 儀容端莊，具有優秀的溝通及人際交往技巧 • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage. 良好中英文讀寫能力；能操流利普通話者優先 • Knowledge of F&B, catering, and beauty services is an advantage 具備餐飲（F&B）、宴會服務及美容服務相關知識者優先 •Shift duty and work on public holidays will be required 需輪班工作及於公眾假期當值 上班時間: · 輪班 (0700-2300)，輪休 · 每星期工作5日， 輪班，每日工作9小時 · 銀行假期、年假14日、醫療褔利、MPF、良好晉升機會、每月勤工獎勵、加班津貼、有薪病假、額外獎勵假期(需符合特定要求)、考試假期、進修津貼、新人介紹獎金(可達$6000) 有意應徵者, 請連同個人履歷表, 寄到 hr@pulse.com.hk 申請者提供之全部資料絕對保密及只作招聘用途
