Responsibilities: ・Preparing journal entry slips and posting ledger entries ・Preparing invoice and handle monthly statements ・Checking & correcting journal entry slips, expenses calculation, accounts settlement ・Verifying and posting payment and bank entries ・Filing of accounting materials ・Verifying T/B ・Handle daily bank tasks, including visiting local bank branches ・Other ad-hoc duties directed by Supervisor/Manager
