Project Manager (Concert & Event)

Responsibilities:  Prepare proposals to meet clients and company expectations (including the layout, design, content etc.);  Preparation of quotation and costing sheet to obtain contract confirmation;  Plan and responsible for the logistics and administration of the assigned projects;  Ensure the requirements of licenses & permits comply to the government requirements;  Onsite management to ensure the compliance of health and safety requirements;  Supervise the projects execution to ensure the delivery on time and clients satisfaction;  Work closely with technical team and/or crew members;  Assist Accounts Department with the account receivables each month.
