As Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for the following duties: Deliver a delighted dining experience to our guests Create special moments and provide seamless service with guests Make recommendations on the choice of menu items with good product knowledge Meet and greet guest in a professional manner Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant As Waiter/Waitress, we expect from you: Experienced in hotel F&B is highly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good command in spoken English and preferably in Mandarin / Cantonese communication Passionate in customer service and hospitality industry
