Commis - Western Kitchen

As Commis, you will be responsible for the following duties: Responsible for mise-en-place in kitchen Maintain proper quantity of par stock for mis-en-place Keep the specific kitchen areas clean and hygienic Check refrigerators, utensils and kitchen equipment on cleanliness Adhere to all the standards of food handling, production, preparation, portioning and presentation To be aware of and adhere to company policies and statutory requirements with regards to health and safety, sanitation, fire procedures and HACCP Assist the senior chefs in preparation and production of all food items As Commis, we expect from you: 1 year relevant experience in similar capacit Self-motivated and responsible Independent and able to work under pressure Immediate available preferred
